If you have purchased through one of our retailers
Please contact them to take a look at their eskimo sales order acknowledgement. In the top right of that paperwork we will have given them an estimated despatch date. This is when we are most likely to deliver. Unless we are approximately 1 week away from that date, we won’t have any additional news. When your goods are ready for delivery, you’ll receive an email or text from our transport team, inclusive of tracking information.

If you have purchased direct with Eskimo (trade)
Your estimated despatch date in is the top right of your sales order acknowledgement. This is when we are most likely to deliver. Unless we are approximately 1 week away from that date, we won’t have any additional news. When your goods are ready for delivery, you’ll receive an email or text from our transport team, inclusive of tracking information.

Booking your installer
Close to the time of completion, the eskimo transport team will contact you to confirm a delivery slot, via text and/or email – whatever details you gave when ordering. Until you hear from them with a definitive delivery date and time slot, we advise you not to book your radiator installation.
