GONG Radiator – brassy knoll

Panel radiators are now everywhere. But there is nothing more pleasing than the simplicity and clean lines of our original Outline. A modular aluminium output radiator with a clean lined front fascia. Outline offer some transformational finishes, one of which is GONG. A high performance radiator with a stunning hand patinated brass or copper finish. Rich tones, unique and incredibly tactile. Brassy Knoll is a hand patinated brass presenting a granite grey base with sea green highlights.

Low water volume and a diverter fitted as standard, means rapid warm up and perfect for low temperature heating systems such as heat pumps. Outline GONG comes in either an electric model. Or a central heating, water/hydronic model, offering bottom end connections as standard. Or specify hidden valve models with our Hinge & Bracket design.

As with all Eskimo products huge attention has gone into ensuring that the lines of the product are as clean and uncluttered as possible, allowing the stunning opulence of the finish to speak for itself.

So, if you apply Hinge & Bracket, there is simply nothing more stunning. As a hidden heating option it’s better than underfloor too because it has proper temperature control.

Outline GONG is available in a wide range of sizes and orientation. From full length columns to long and low under window radiators. Bespoke sizes can be created to suit your pip centres. Two depths, 50mm or 95mm.

Sizes & Price Lists

Solid brass, hand patinated. Available in either electric or water/hydronic central heating models. 50mm or 95mm depths available and standard sizes throughout, with additional bespoke sizes for water models. And hidden valve options available for water models with 430mm minimum width and height dimensions.

GONG can be vertical, horizontal or square.

8 week lead time.

The patinations on Gong are applied by hand by highly skilled metalworkers Capisco, in London’s East End using a variety of hot working techniques and colour compounds depending on the finish required.

GONG finishes cannot be controlled beyond the method that Eskimo have selected. Your GONG will be very close to the colour and tone that you see in the pictures – granite grey base with sea green highlights. However, the patination (pattern) can vary from a very subtle ‘speckles’ to more fluid ‘swirls’. Each GONG radiator is absolutely unique.

It is not recommended that you try to clean or add anything to the patinated surface. It should not be necessary to have to clean the surface. At most, a yellow duster or soft muslin cloth can be used to polish. Spillages or anything of that sort should be removed immediately with soft tissue. All standard cleaning products are a bad idea as they will, at best, attack the wax, at worst, damage the patina. If cleaning is really necessary, the radiator should be allowed to cool and then a very dilute sugar soap solution can be used with soft muslin and then dried thoroughly with tissue. No abrasives should be used or applied and you should not attempt to wax the radiator.
